1. Why can’t you give me a price over the phone?
My policy is to always see first-hand what every job entails. That way I can give you an exact price instead of just an estimate. There are no surprises.
2. What does your price include?
The price for interior/exterior cleaning includes all windows cleaned; all screens removed, washed and replaced; and all window tracks cleaned.
I can also provide a price for exterior only.
3. What areas do you service?
I spend most of my time in Anthem, but I also go to Cave Creek, Carefree and Scottsdale. I also have clients in Litchfield Park, Avondale and Goodyear, including Sun City and Sun City West.
4. How often should I get my windows cleaned?
The harsh weather and climate in Arizona is hard on your home. Rain and blowing dirt and debris can damage screens and etch glass over time. To avoid costly replacements, clean your windows and screens at least twice a year.

5. Do you give discounts for frequently cleaned windows?
Definitely. I can clean just certain windows for as little as $25 per month, or all your exterior windows for $45 per month or less.
6. Is this your full-time business?
Yes. I run a professional, legitimate business. I focus primarily on residential window cleaning, but I also have a limited number of commercial window cleaning clients.
7. Do you do the work yourself, or do you send employees?
I do all the work myself.
8. How long have you been window cleaning? What kind of experience do you have?
I have been cleaning windows for 30 years. I started out doing storefronts in San Diego, then graduated to high-rise buildings! I’ve been doing residential window cleaning, which I much prefer, for 18 years. What’s really amazing is that I’m still running across new window and screen manufacturing configurations and techniques. I keep up with the latest technologies in order to provide the best service and protect your investment.
9. How far in advance do I need to call to be assured an appointment when I need one?
My schedule can fill up quickly doing one or two jobs per day depending on the size. The further in advance you can call, the better. One week is a good rule of thumb.
10. Does window cleaning leave a mess?
Not with me! I always use dropcloths inside to protect your flooring, and I place towels on window sills to protect paint from any drips. I also remove my shoes when inside. I care for your home as if it were mine.
11. What type of cleaning solution do you use?
I use a safe, nontoxic, biodegradable soap solution. But don’t ask what it is — trade secret!
12. Do you do two-stories?
Yes. I have the necessary equipment to go as high as three stories.
13. Do you do pressure washing?
No. Pressure washing requires specialized training and expertise. Inexperience can cause costly damage. I recommend doing your homework before hiring someone to do pressure washing.
14. What happens if it rains the day after you clean my window?
I offer a 72-hour rain guarantee. Call me and I’ll come back and touch up at no charge!
